There are number of different ways to book onto a meeting at an event depending on what type of meeting you are looking to book onto.
What type of meetings are there?
Personal Meetings
A Personal Meeting is a meeting that you can host yourself in your profile. These meetings are scheduled in the Meeting Manager and if made public, will be visible on your profile in the Meetings tab.
These meeting can be hosted by:
- Attendees
- Speakers
- Booth administrators of their own booth(s)
- Super admins (administrators in the event)
Area Meetings
An Area Meeting or in other words a meeting in an Area, which currently is a Booth allows you to schedule group meetings in a specific area.
This meeting can be hosted by:
- Booth administrators of their own booth(s)
- Super admins (administrators in the event)

Instant Meetings
An Instant Meeting is a meeting that you can start instantly with one other person who is online. This can be accessed from an attendee's profile or within your Meeting Manager.
These meeting can be hosted by:
- Attendees
- Speakers
- Booth administrators of their own booth(s)
- Super admins (administrators in the event)

How do I book?
Personal Meetings can be booked via individual delegates in the event - it can be either be via live chat or Who's Here.
