This article includes everything you will need to guide you on every aspect of your booths from design through to managing them during a live event. Please take your time to read through this pack in full as it will give you valuable information on booth designs as well as hints and tips on getting the most out of your booth space.
Where do I start?
Below we have outlined a timescale of our processes detailing what you need to supply and when you should expect things to be ready for you.
You will be working directly with your event host, not with us (iVent).
Step 1 - You need to decide the name of your booth and let your event host know. We can then start to build the structural part of your booth within the platform.
Step 2 - You will need to select your Booth Design Template and provide all the artwork and information required to your event host. Information to include:
- Booth style number
- Booth angle view - front, left or right
- If you wish any items to be removed such as stools, tv etc
We can then build your graphics out into a 3D booth and upload directly into the platform for you to view.
Step 3 - Once your booth has been built in the platform your event host will grant you access so you can start to populate it. Check out our setup guide for exhibitors to discover all the key areas that need populating.
(If you haven't confirmed your design yet, don't panic we will put a booth under construction image in place until the design is received.)
Key timescales and information for you to know
Once your event host has confirmed your booth name with us, your booth will be built within 5 working days.
Once your event host has supplied us with your graphics, your booth design will be uploaded within 5 working days.
All completed artwork will be uploaded directly to your booth.
You must ensure you send all the required information to your host within the requested deadlines otherwise charges may apply and there is a risk your booth will not be included.
If no booth design has been received, your company logo will be applied 1 week prior to the live event date.
