1. Pick your booth type
- Standard booths
Standard booths include full functionality but no design by iVent. You can either upload your own image or alternatively just upload a logo.
- Enhanced Booths
Enhanced booths include full artwork and branding by iVent. They offer extra layers of depth to the design and bring the most thorough degree of customisation for virtual booths available in the market.
Recommended for:
β Booth designs with a high number of banners and branded areas
β Text-and-detail-rich artworks
β More structured booth setups
With Enhanced booths, you are able to choose to include a feature where attendees are able to zoom in on individual panels and areas of the virtual stand, allowing them to read small text and appreciate details in high fidelity.

2. Pick your booth style
If you are having an enhanced booth, you can choose from the booth styles below. We have included the individual sizing of each booth customisable area so that you can comfortably fit your artwork in.

Each exhibitor will now have the option to:
- Choose the booth angle view among front (a), left (b) and right (c) view
Booth no. 2 front vs. left vs. right view.
4. Submit the artwork

Please provide one artwork per booth area (e.g. left/right panel, plinth, tv screen β https://prnt.sc/vzw1y7 β‘ https://prnt.sc/vzw604)

Recommended format: PNGs/JPEGs in the dimensions described below and, if possible, source files (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign file). The latter will allow us, if necessary, to optimise your graphic to be masked more effectively into the booth template, in accordance with your brand guidelines).
- Formats not allowed: PDFs, Word documents/Powerpoint presentations with images attached
FAQs:
Q: How many design changes can I have on my booth?
A: There is no round of changes as standard. You may need to check with your event host if a round of changes has been agreed upon with us.
Q: Does my booth design have to be signed off before I can access my booth and start adding content?
A: No, your design can be added at any stage. You will be able to access your booth before the images are added and a booth under construction image will be placed whilst your designs are finalised.
Q: What are your best practices for designing a booth?
A: Be extremely visual and not too text-heavy. Keep it clean and simple. More detailed information will be discoverable within the functionalities of your booth.
