In this article, you, as an exhibitor, will find all of the different booth styles we offer at iVent for you to choose from. Each booth style will be used by you to layer your brand and artwork that will be seen by any visitor to your booth. We have also included the respective sizing of each booth template so that you can easily fit your artwork.
Recommended format: PNGs/JPEGs in the dimensions described below and, if possible, source files (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign file). The latter will allow us, if necessary, to optimise your graphic to be masked more effectively into the booth template, in accordance with your brand guidelines).
- Formats not allowed: PDFs, Word documents/Powerpoint presentations with images attached
🆕 March 2021!
Each exhibitor will now have the option to:
- Choose the booth angle view among front (a), left (b) and right (c) view
Booth no. 2 front vs. left vs. right view.
- Remove objects and/or furniture from the booth
Booth no. 4 with stools and plinth vs. without stools and plinth. Please note that, if necessary, the camera angle of the booth will be readjusted to centre the view of the booth, as per 3rd frame of the GIF above
A more sophisticated look and more areas where you can apply your brand. You can even include an image on the TV that visitors can click on and open the video folder hosted on your booth (if only one video is uploaded it will automatically play that one but if you have multiple videos in the folder it will bring up a folder).
A popular choice for a grid-like demonstration of your brand.
A widely popular choice at B2B conferences, with big and bold places you can place your brand. A TV is included that can be linked to the video folder on your booth or external video hosting site i.e. YouTube or Vimeo.
Extended Booths - a more expensive bunch…
Extended Booths on our platform give you the full freedom to customise the booth to look like you want it to. It gives your more space to play around with and the functionality of the booth is layered on top of the design by iVent so the whole look and feel is more bespoke and will help you stand out amongst others.
This version of the booth does cost more so make sure you have checked with your event host if you have purchased this option before starting with the design.
The below dimensions are shown at x4 the size they will be uploaded to the platform. Therefore please keep the text on your graphics to a minimum and at a large size. Recommended min. font size is 30px.
Because this design is more bespoke we would need to layer the booth functionalities onto the artwork, i.e. include the icons within the design. See examples below:
Example 1 — Artwork that includes custom icons provided by the exhibitor.
Example 2 — The exhibitor briefed us on the functionalities to include. The iVent team has therefore incorporated the icons from its icon library accordingly.
