We have listed the main icons that you should know when accessing a virtual event with iVent. These icons are helpful for you to access key areas in the event and some act as shortcuts to get quick access to the information that you need. Who’s hereSee who is in the event by clicking to view their profile. |

Interactive AgendaView the interactive event agenda here. Click on an item to be taken to the specific location. You can also add items to your own personal agenda as required. If items are added to your personal agenda you will receive a reminder email 15 minutes before it begins. |

Event BagView and manage the items you have collected in your event bag. |

Job SearchSearch for jobs by category or keywords. Search results will allow users to click through to the booth and discover more about their potential new employer, add the job to their event bag which they can then review at a later date, view the job or instantly apply. |

CV SearchSearch for user's CV’s by selecting search criteria from the drop-down fields. |

SettingsAccess Your Profile, look at Recommendations and access our support & training centre. If activated, you may also recommend the event to family and friends by clicking on Referrals. Enter their email addresses and an email will be sent to them directing them to the registration page. |

Information PointView featured content or search for content by entering a name/title or partial name/title (tag). Any featured content in your search results will link through to the actual content. When Information Point Chat is enabled, a Chat tab will appear for you to access this. Depending on the priority of the Chat tab, when clicking the Information point icon, the Chat may appear before the content search options. Information Point Chat is independent of all other chats. |

New Content Feed - you may also see a New Content Feed, which will allow you to select to receive notifications of new content uploaded to particular areas of the event i.e. Booths, Resources etc. Leaving the areas unticked will mean you will not be notified. Tick an area and it will go to the top of your feed.
