I keep receiving an error message stating that the registration form is missing information or I am entering an invalid e-mail address when I register. What can I do?
When completing the registration form there will be certain mandatory fields that are required to be filled out before you can submit your registration. Some fields are mandatory to create your accounts such as your Name, Email and Password. The event organiser may choose to set any other field they add as mandatory and all mandatory fields are always denoted with an asterisk. So keep an eye out for any fields that you may have missed.
If you have previously registered for the same event with the same email address, the system won't allow you to use the same email address again, hence why you may receive an error. The system will also only recognise valid emails and at times some email domains may be blacklisted by the event organiser in which case you are best to get in touch with them.
If you have forgotten your password, there is no need to re-register, you can simply go to the login page and click Forgotten password link to reset your password.
