When you try to access the admin area as an admin or a booth admin, you will be prompted with an OTP (One-Time Password) prompt page. This is part of the platform's MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) security to add an extra layer of protection, making access to your Admin Area even more secure from unauthorised access.
When accessing the admin area, you will be prompted with the OTP page and a one-time password will automatically be sent to your email address. Please check your junk folder and spam if this doesn't appear within a few seconds.
When you receive your email, simply copy the unique 6 digit OTP code into the prompt page and click Continue. You will then be able to access the admin area as normal after doing this.
You will be able to access the admin area of your site provided you stay logged in. If the session ever times out after 20 minutes or you log out manually, you will be prompted with a new OTP prompt the next time you log in.
Also, reports are now accessed via the reporting area. If you try to login to the old reporting area at manage.online-event.co without going through the admin area of your event site first, you will see the below message.
